This guarantee provides our customers with protection against goods getting damaged or lost on the rare occasions that this happens and further demonstrates our commitment to you, our valued customer. In line with our philosophy of providing a swift reliable service, claims are assessed within a targeted 7-day time frame and all claims are paid up to R10,000.00 of the cost price of the goods claimed, without any excess being applied.
