The Freight Innovations team is split into two functional areas; Operations and Administration. Several team members specialise in each space with a fair amount of overlap when it comes to their daily interactions with all stakeholders. For this reason we adopt a centralised contact approach. Instead of liaising with a single person, you will use a central email address that the entire team has access to. We prefer this way of working because everyone has a handle on what is going on instead of one person sitting with all the information.
