Our partnerships with FedEx and DHL allow us to bring you world class Door-to-door and Door-to-airport services at a much lower cost than you would get if you went to them directly.

Let our exports team advise you about the documentation required and prohibited goods that cannot be sent internationally by air. The person that is receiving your shipment may be requested to a customs fee based on the commodity and value of the shipment sent to them.

The package will pass through several distribution centres and courier vehicles so packaging is very important. Bubble wrap and cardboard do not offer sufficient protection to fragile goods.

The package will be sent to the address on the waybill so if you opted out of printing a digital waybill the onus is on the sender to fully complete the waybill as an incomplete waybill will cause delays.

Unfortunately, the driver is unable to wait as he has a strict schedule, and any delay will have a domino effect. If there is a valid reason which requires the collection to be rescheduled, contact the call centre as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.

What is the maximum size and weight package that can be air freighted?

International air freight exports and imports are serviced by a freighter plane; these are able to accommodate very large shipments. This service is slower than international courier due to constraints.

What goods are considered too dangerous to air freight?
